Truth: I have worked out less than 5 times in the last 60 days! I just don’t have time right now I’m my life. 
I’m not taking any supplements or pills other than my vitamins.

Truth: I haven’t even had that superfoods shake I raved about for years in over 6 months! 
The real honest truth is I’m fueling my body properly. Actual science behind what I eat and how I eat and it’s the first time in my life where weight loss is effortless. 
I feel good!

Many of my closest family and friends know I struggled at the end of my pregnancy and to top it all of it was really difficult for me to lose weight! My son is the biggest blessing I have received in life! And thanks to him I have changed my entire life! I now care about what I put in my body and try to do my very best to always be healthy and active so I can take care of him! I’ve been trying to get to my pre-pregnancy weight since day 1 and I did!
